1) a (i) I is erythrocyte, II is lymphocyte
(ii) Their size and also the inside structure enables the erythrocyte and lymphocyte to be distinguished.
b) THe II is a lymphocyte where as the III is a phagocyte. This can be distinguished as the lymphocyte consists of a rounded nucleus in contrast to the phagocyte with many small divided nucleus.
